1. Access the Device using SSH.

2. Generate the Diag File using command:-system diagnostics
Generating……………………………

Diagnostics package saved to: DiagFile-Test-Leader-KEXY.tbz2
Note: Generating Diag file will takr 5 to 20 Min.

3. Then use following set of command:
#shell
>cd /base/data/files
> ls -lr
>ls -lt
>pwd
>passwd root
>new password (Set New Root Password)
>conform password:- (Verify New Root Password)
>exit

4.connect to arbor device through Winscp and login using root credentials that we created just before.

5. Move to directory base/data/files

6.Drag Diag file from directory(files) in Device to local computer in any directory.

7. Lastly, Diagnostics File is generated
